Ingredients<\/h2>\n

The easy Christmas cake recipe does not send you to the supermarket because each ingredient can be found in any kitchen. Here is the list of ingredients that you need,<\/p>\n

4 cups of all purpose flour<\/pre>\n
3 white chocolate fudge bars<\/pre>\n
\u00bd cup butter<\/pre>\n
1 tsp baking powder<\/pre>\n
2 eggs<\/pre>\n
1 cup of milk<\/pre>\n
\u00bd tsp vanilla essence<\/pre>\n
\u00bc cup of finely chopped raisins and cherries<\/pre>\n
\u00bd cup of apple juice<\/pre>\n
Procedure<\/h3>\n
Cake Batter<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n

  1. Put the raisins and cherries in the apple juice for one hour.<\/li>\n
  2. Heat a pan and melt the white chocolate bars. Then keep it aside.<\/li>\n
  3. Separate the yolk from egg white. Blend the egg white until it becomes only froth.<\/li>\n
  4. Melt the butter in a heated pan.<\/li>\n
  5. Take a bowl, add flour, yolk (beaten), melted butter and fudge bars. Mix them well.<\/li>\n
  6. Pour the white egg froth in the mixture. Keep blending and then add baking powder and vanilla essence.<\/li>\n
  7. Mix the cake batter for half an hour. It may take more or less time because there must not be any bubbles.<\/li>\n
  8. Take out the raisins and cherries and leave them on top of the batter.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
    Baking <\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n

    1. Bring out the baking tray, brush its surface with oil and put it in the tray.<\/li>\n
    2. Preheat for five minutes at 180 degree Celsius.<\/li>\n
    3. Take out the baking pan and pour the cake batter delicately.<\/li>\n
    4. Put the pan back in the oven and let it bake for next 30 minutes at 180 degrees Celsius.<\/li>\n
    5. Find a toothpick and insert it in the cake when the timer has stopped. If the toothpick comes out clean without having any trace of the cake, it is baked completely.<\/li>\n
    6. Take the cake out and let it cool. After a few hours, cut the cake and serve the delicious Christmas special vanilla cake to your loved ones.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
